We all have needs... daily! So the first thing we should think about is finding a promise that matches our need. The promises of God in His Word are MANY! I have read where there are over 5000 PROMISES that God has given us.
How do we activate those promises? The key is found in Mark 11: 22-25.
1. Ask the Father, in the name of Jesus, in prayer. Speak to your mountains. 2. Believe that you receive when you pray. 3. Forgive.
Then continue to speak the Word of God over your needs. Keep the negative, fear-filled talk away! Your need may not be met this instant, but you can rest assured that God is working behind the scenes to bring His promises to fruition!
Here are just a few promises from His precious Word:
You Need Confidence I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. ~ Phill. 4:13
You Need Courage Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; wait, I say, on
the Lord. ~ Psalm 27:14
You Need Healing For I will restore health unto you and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord. ~ Jeremiah 30:17
You Need Finances Give and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together and running over, shall men give unto your bosom. For with the same measure that you give, it will also be given to you. ~ Luke 6:38
You Need Encouragement Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You shall stretch forth Your hand against the wrath of my enemies and Your right hand shall save me. ~ Psalm 138:7
