Call Those Things... Romans 4:17

Calling those things that are not, as though they were...

This comes from Romans 4:17.

"As it is written, “I have made you the father of many nations.” Abraham acted in faith when he stood in the presence of God, who gives life to the dead and calls into existence things that don’t yet exist."

SUPER IMPORTANT in the life of a Christian!

Listen up!

In Joel 3:10, the Word says:

"Let the weak SAY, I am strong..."

This principle is calling those things that are not, as though they were. We may be weak, or sick, or broke. But God wants us to say the OUTCOME instead of the PROBLEM. If we are only speaking the circumstances, then guess what we are going to get...THE CIRCUMSTANCES!

God called Gideon a mighty man of valor.

He was not a mighty man! But God called forth the mighty man within him...

You may feel sick, but GOD wants us to SAY

"By His stripes I was healed..."

Remember that God created the world and everything in it, which did not exist, with His Words. He tells us to do the same. Our words are more powerful than what you may realize.

So start calling those things that don't yet exist, as though they were. God needs your confession of faith so that He can start to move those mountains for you...
