"Bless the Lord, ye His angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His Word." ~ Psalm 103:20. As you speak what God says in His Word and you believe it, then the angels hearken to those words to perform them. When you speak doubt and unbelief, sickness, poverty, negativity, you bind the power of what the angels were sent to do for you. You literally tie their hands. Remember that "for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."
